Sandy Island is one of the islands that located in Lake Winnipesauke. I visited that island in Summer 2013. It’s perfect place for relaxing. No TVs in the island. The internet connection is available only in one spot. I stayed in one of wood cabins with view of Lake Winnipesauke.
A lot things to do in the island. I had such great experience there! Learnt how to sail, make a silver ring, make a tie dye shirt and the most fun part … learnt American line dance. I also explored the lake with canoe.
